As the second half of 2010 approaches, PROVILL continues its pursuit for excellence as they undergo major reorganization and restructuring.  To mention some of the highlights, PROVILL announces the promotion of Ms. Yayan Concepcion to President and Ms. Ina Lagman as it’s new Managing Director.
